Ok I agree for the grill but I don't see why for the rest... I mean the lines are different, roof is different, windows... I think it looks more like a Mercedes SLS than a Maserati...

I guess coz if you will pitch it to a specific car manufacturer they would like "some" things and dislike most of it coz it looks too much like the competition. Better to tag the Design as Concept Sedan rather than name a brand for it just because of the previously mentiond reason. :D

Uhm,,, okay, I'll be honest, ^^;

I am not so sure about those huge sides on the side,,, kinda makes the design uh, bit too complex...

but apart from that everything is pretty much perfect! :FAVED :iconfavouriteplz:
